They will be used only by BRoW4specifically for the purpose intended.3.After you have received the first email you have the option to ask to be removed from BRoW4’s emailing list.4.Registration fees go towards the running cost of the event. BRoW4 is run solely by unpaid volunteers.5.Any excess money from the registration fees and all money made on the day of the event will be forwarded to the chosen Charity of that day.6.Children under the age of 13 who are taking part in aBRoW4 event, must be accompanied by an adult. This must be a fee-paying adult where registration fee applies.7.BRoW4 will not accept any responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to personal property.8.All personal property, animals and children are the responsibility of the owners, parent or guardian. Good behaviour is expected at all times.9.It is a legal requirement to ensure dog owners and guardians have an adequate supply of pick-up bags for their dogs. Dog bins are available at Ferry Meadows for the ease of disposal.BRoW4will supply two pick-up bags per dog at each event. The person responsible for each dog will need to supply more if required.10.BRoW4will not accept any responsibility for participants who find the event difficult. Those considering taking part are advised to contact BRoW4 before registering or attending.
